The basic package starts from 49,00 € net plus VAT per month. You pay 49,00 € monthly and there is no revenue share (0%) 🙂 . You can cancel or pause the Basic package subscription at any time at the end of the month.

The Basic Plus and Premium packages cost €39.00 and €99.00 net plus VAT per month. However, you are bound to terms of 24 months.
Behind 4takeaway is an advertising agency that finances this project. Money is earned when a customer claims further voluntary services such as booking advertising campaigns, flyers or creating a video about mr-explain.de
Additionally, we earn when a client upgrades to the premium package.

The answer is "YES"! From logo, opening hours, articles, article photos, prices to coupons, you can change and manage everything yourself and at any time. Even the theme color (button and font color) you can freely choose and adapt to the color of your website.
If you want to stand out from your competitors, the answer is YES! Besides making it much easier for your customers to order via your own app, you can send a push message to all customers who have your app installed. This way you can inform your customers about new promotions and offers, generating more sales with just a few clicks. Additionally, you build a certain bond with your customers. If you still don't want your own app, your restaurant will still appear in our general 4takeaway app.
The additional app for delivery drivers is included in the Premium package. However, there is no obligation to use this app. With the 4ta Driver app, you enable your customers to inform you about the status of their order in real time.
Offer your customers cheaper prices on 4takeaway. Since customers like to save, they would prefer to order on 4takeaway. This way, not only the customer saves, but also your store, since you have no revenue share on 4takeaway. On average, our stores offer discounts in the range of 5-10%.
After you book the premium package, one of our staff will contact you and suggest several design proposals for your new flyers and menus. You choose a design and our designers will make the first drafts. It would be helpful if you email us your menu or a listing of your product assortment to support@4takeaway.de. After you have approved a finished design, it goes to print. Within a few days your new flyers and menus will be sent to you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account under "Subscriptions". Click on "Cancel subscription" in the line of your subscription. If you have the Premium package, your cancellation will be penciled in and will take effect at the end of the 24 months or, if you renew, at the end of the 12 months. You do not need to do anything else.
No, you can define yourself if your customer can pay with PayPal, credit card via PayPal and/or cash on delivery / pickup.
There are several ways customers can get to your order page. Here are some suggestions:

  • Print flyers with the reference to your new order page including your free QR code you received with your subscription.
  • Link a button in your Google my Business account. Customers who are looking for you, can immediately get to your order page and order directly.
  • Link buttons on your Facebook page.
  • Link buttons and / or a menu item on your website.
  • Place a 4takeaway QR code sticker in your store (e.g. window, door, counter, tables or menu)

Furthermore, we at 4takeaway generate customers and revenue for you by marketing our app.
You can achieve more sales by positioning yourself better on the Internet and doing your own online marketing. With 4takeaway you have an experienced partner in the field of online marketing on your side. Just contact us. We will show you ways to gain more customers on the Internet.
The easiest way would be to simply shoot photos of your products with your smartphone or a digital camera. Then you cut them to size and to measure. Then simply upload them to the respective articles. Alternatively, you can also purchase licenses for graphics and images on platforms such as Adobe Stock or shutterstock. Do not use images, photos and graphics publicly from the Internet such as from Google Images, because you have no rights and licenses for this and thus risk high fines.
No, we will be 100% transparent for you. But there can be additional costs, which you surely already know from your business. For example, there are credit card or PayPal transaction fees. These do not go through us. We do not take payments from your customers. So you have full sole control!
